LCOB4/LCOB8/LCOB12 Line Connection Boards
The iPECS-MG LCOB (CO Line Board) connects the iPECS-MG system to the Public Telephone Network (PSTN). There are three types of LCOBs: LCOB4 for connecting 4 ports to the PSTN, LCOB8 for connecting 8 ports to the PSTN, and LCOB12 for connecting 12 ports to the PSTN. The basic LCOB model supports display functions.
Caller ID (CID), polarity reversal (PR) detection, and call progress tone (CPT) detection are supported. However, call recording services require an additional CMU4 board (50 Hz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz). The LCOB board has a Power Failure Transfer (PFT) circuit for the first port. The LCOB4/LCOB8/LCOB12 boards can be installed in any multi-purpose slot.
The iPECS MG 12 mini PBX 12-port analog two-wire telephone board supports CLI, CPT, and DTMF reception, has 1 port for emergency switching, and 3 connectors for CMU4.
